The breakfast selection was amazing. The staff were kind too. The room was large and super clean. The bed was very comfortable.
I experienced food stations that were not refilled quickly enough. Items ran out when the crowd was large. This led to delays for food. I hope the hotel improves this process.

the room was clean so that's ALWAYS a plus.
The executive lounge left much to BE desired, i think. the rules about drinks were just excessive. it felt as if the staff did not prioritize guest EXPERIENCE. they offered wine in takeaway cups after my long flight. Unacceptable, i Say.

I found it convenient for business travel, especially with the KLIA express train to KL Sentral. The staff was attentive, and the breakfast selection at Latest Recipe impressed me. The hotel has improved its housekeeping standards. I saw fresh sheets and better cleanliness. The shoehorn, including a brush and lint remover, was a useful room amenity.
The only slight issue I encountered was occasional loud noise at night, even on the 32nd floor. I did not identify its source.
